Your results will be available within 7-10 days. You’ll receive an email or text message notice when your results are available.

Login to your account at: to review your report and use the drug interactions feature. To view a PDF copy of your report, select the menu bar located at the top right of the website, and select the “View PGx Report” option in the drop down.

If you need help understanding your results, please select “Request a Consult” and one of our experienced pharmD team members will be able to help. Please note that there is a $50.00 consultation fee.

Most rejects occur due to not having enough DNA (cheek cells) on the swab. Our machines do not detect saliva, they detect buccal cells that are obtained from your cheek. Other factors that can contribute to rejections are eating, drinking, using mouth wash, or chewing gum 30 minutes before your cheeks are swabbed.

Our Blue Genes team will contact you if your sample was rejected. We’ll send out a new kit so you can recollect, but please remember not to consume anything for at least 30 minutes prior to being swabbed.
