Nick Glimcher is the CEO of PrimeBody, Genetic Technological Innovations, LLC (GTI Labs), and Blue Genes Labs, LLC—three companies driving innovation across personalized healthcare, diagnostics, and wellness.
After graduating from Arizona State University in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate and Finance, Nick founded GVSW, a real estate development firm that built and acquired over $300 million in commercial shopping centers throughout Arizona, California, and Utah between 2001 and 2009.
In 2004, he launched NR Glimcher, executing more than $100 million in sale-leaseback transactions across numerous states including Arizona, California, Kansas, Alabama, North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, and Georgia.
Nick’s entrepreneurial journey expanded into fintech with the founding of BlueSquare Resolutions in 2009, which was later ranked #19 on Inc. magazine’s list of the 500 fastest-growing companies in America. BlueSquare processed over $10 billion in credit card transactions before its acquisition by a Goldman Sachs–backed firm in 2015.
In 2014, Nick acquired PrimeBody, now a nationally recognized hormone replacement therapy provider operating across the United States. Two years later, he purchased Genetic Technological Innovations (GTI Labs), which currently operates in 40 states and delivers cutting-edge diagnostics and personalized health solutions.
In 2021, Nick founded Blue Genes Labs, LLC with a mission to transform how prescriptions are delivered through the power of precision medicine. At Blue Genes, the vision is bold and clear: build the future of precision medicine—one that works smarter for everyone. The platform empowers providers, health plans, and patients with tools to reduce adverse drug reactions, eliminate unnecessary prescribing, and lower the overall cost of care. Through a unified technology system that streamlines clinical workflows and delivers personalized insights at the point of care, Blue Genes is redefining healthcare—making it safer, more efficient, and truly collaborative.
